Bauchi Carpenters Association Begs Bala For A Furniture Village

Bauchi State Furniture Association has requested Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed to construct a furniture village so as to centralise all members of the Association under the same umbrella.

The organising secretary of the association stated this while speaking with Albarka Radio in Bauchi saying that the leadership of the association will not relent until all the objectives of the association are met.

The organising secretary commended other executive members of the association for supporting the chairman in his quest to bring meaningful development to the members of the association.

He also commended Bauchi state government for initiating programs that are beneficial to traders and artisans across the state, saying that the government will soon revisit the request for furniture.

Hamzat Furniture used the medium to call on the government to establish a furniture Village where all members of the association would be centralised in one place for effective service delivery.

The financial secretary said Bauchi state furniture Association will continue to support government policies, as it has in the past helped the government by providing employment opportunities to teaming youths in the state.

Hamzat Furniture said the association is United under one umbrella and as such government can provide support to furniture in the state through the association.
