Bauchi Central suffers Years Of Poor Representation – Dan Maliki

Arafat Aminu Dan Maliki, a young Bauchi politician has said that Bauchi Central Constituency suffered from poor representation since the return to democracy.

Dan Maliki declared his intention to contest for Bauchi Central Constituency in Bauchi State House of Assembly in 2023.

According to him, legislative work is a serious business that requires vibrant and intellectual persons, particularly the youth to make laws for the good of the state.

He said he is contesting under the platform of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) in view of his belief in its manifestos.

The young aspirant claimed that he has been giving back to his constituency through community service adding that he needs a higher platform to do more and better the lives of his people.

“I am contesting the Bauchi Central Constituency seat not because of any personal interest but to serve the people.

“So many persons have won elections in the past, but sadly, they have not done enough to change the narratives in the Bauchi Central Constituency.

“I have started holding consultations with critical stakeholders in the state and have accepted their advice and guidance. There is no person that can be successful without consulting with those ahead of you, people who can support and mentor you” he said.
