‘Security Remains A Priority To Us’ – Bauchi Govt

Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad said security of lives and property remains the priority of his administration that is why he will continue supporting security agencies as well as Hunters Associations that are working assiduously to ensure that the relative peace being enjoyed especially in Bauchi state is maintained.

Represented by his private personal Secretary Pharmacist Sama’ila Burga, Governor Bala Muhammad assured Baushe Hunters and Security Patrol of his administration support in the area of working equipment with a view to boosting their morale.

Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad called on the Hunters to work closely with the Police and other security agencies and also warned them against taking laws into their hands.

Alhaji Muhammad Usman Tola from Adamawa state who is the national chairman of the hunters association expressed his readiness to work closely with traditional rulers towards finding lasting solutions to the security problems across the country.

He solicited the support of the general public as security is everyone’s business.

Also speaking, the host ant the Bauchi state chairman of Baushe Hunters and Security Patrol Alhaji Nasiru Doya decried the deteriorating security in the country ,hence the need for the government at all levels to bring closer Hunters to fight the menace.

He added that the only challenge that Hunters are faced with is lack of working equipment and called for support from stakeholders in that direction.

He appreciates the relative peace in Bauchi state which he attributed to the fervent prayers by Bauchi residents and the efforts of the state government in the security sector.
