Almuhibbah Foundation Trained 200 Women on Skills Acquisition

About 200 people from Alkaleri local government area of Bauchi state benefitted from a six month long skills acquisition training sponsored by the first lady of the Bauchi state governor Hajiya Aishatu Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad.

The training which was organised under the pet project of the Governor’s Wife Almuhibbah Foundation trained the participants in various skills to include Sewing, knitting, shoe and bag making, catering, fashion design and Computer training among others.

All the graduands, who attended the skills acquisition training, were given certificates as well as start up capital to establish their businesses and to also empower others.
The caretaker Chairman of Alkaleri local government area comrade Bala Muhammad Mahmood commended the wife of the governor for the gesture and advised the beneficiaries to put into practice what they have learned to improve their lives.

The program manager of Almuhibbah Foundation Ali Muhammad duguri said the training is going on in other parts of the state and will continue, so as to meet up with the current global trend of self reliance.
