Bauchi First Lady Commends League of Entrepreneurs for Empowering Women at Trade Fair, Encourages Business Growth and Economic Development

 

The Bauchi state First Lady Hajiya Aishatu Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad has commended League of Entrepreneurs for organising a trade fair which provides an opportunity to witness the talents and innovations of the extraordinary women entrepreneurs of Bauchi state.

While declaring the Trade Fair Open, the First Lady said it takes courage, determination, and a great deal of resilience to navigate the challenges that come with being a business owner, calling on all those in attendance to strive hard with a view to be an achieve their goals.

According to her, entrepreneurship, especially when led by women, plays a vital role in the society, as it fosters economic growth, job creation, and empowerment.

She expressed her readiness to continue encouraging and supporting women in business, so as to create a more inclusive economy, breaking barriers, and challenging stereotypes.

Hajiya Aishatu Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad used the medium to encourage the entrepreneurs to work hard in improving their business, instead of waiting for government job, as they are not only benefiting themselves but also contributing to the overall growth and development of the society.

Correspondent Zainab Faruq reports that, so many business owners showcases their products at the three days Trade Fair where the first lady went round the stall and bought a product from all the entrepreneurs that showed up so as to encourage them.
