Group wants Bauchi Gov. Bala to repay Sen. Ningi’s loyalty in kind

A Bauchi based political movement has called on Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed to reward senator Abdul Ningi’s loyalty to the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in kind.

The group during a press briefing held at the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ Secretariat Bauchi, noted that senator Ningi has been a faithful member of the PDP since 1999.

Presenting the statement, the chairman of Senator Abdul Ahmed Ningi Vanguard, Sani Adamu insisted that “After careful examination and deep consultations with relevant stakeholders, of youths across the 20 local Government Areas of Bauchi state, alongside volunteer non-governmental organizations in Bauchi state has unanimous under the umbrella of Senator Abdul Ahmed Ningi Vanguard declared our interest to support Senator Abdul Ahmed Ningi as the next governor of Bauchi State in the upcoming 2027 General election.

The chairman while acknowledging Senator Ningi’s faithfulness to the PDP, noted that at some points many members have decamp to other political parties and come back while Ningi never loses faith.

“We can boldly say with all sense of modesty that we have noted outstanding success in leadership of Senator Abdul Ahmed Ningi particularly concerning youths and nations building.”

Sani maintained that”Senator Abdul Ahmed Ningi Academic and leadership contribution are not just a credit to him but to the entire Nigerian youths and students irrespective of religious, ethics affiliation.

“This among other reasons Senator Abdul Ahmed Ningi vanguard has vowed to avail its solidarity within our capacity to mobilize, campaign and canvas vote towards the victory of Senator Ningi as Bauchi State Governor 2027.”
