The minister of state for petroleum, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, has met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa.
Upon arriving at the Villa around 11:33 am, the minister met with President Buhari for about one hour and 20 minutes.
However, Dr. Kachikwu declined to comment about the meeting.
His response to reporters was. “No Comment”.
This comes three days after the minister wrote a letter to President Buhari in which he levelled allegations against the Group Managing Director of the NNPC, Dr Maikanti Baru.
In the letter which was dated August 30, which has since gone viral, Dr. Kachikwu complained to the President that the NNPC boss had sidelined the NNPC board which he chairs, among other allegations.
