Bauchi APC Kicks ‘Purported’ Abuja Meeting

The Bauchi State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC has distanced itself from the purported meeting slated to hold in about two hours’ time in Abuja.

Albarka Online gathered that the meeting which is to be convened at Ajuji Hotel Gudi, Abuja, was summoned by some aggrieved stakeholders of the party from Bauchi allegedly being led by a former Speaker of the House Representatives, Yakubu Dogara.

Alhaji Adamu Aliyu Jalla, Bauchi APC Publicity Secretary said this on Thursday in a statement made available to reporters.

“The All Progressive Congress Bauchi State chapter under the leadership of Hon. Babayo Aliyu Misau wishes to announce that the party is not aware of the purported meeting scheduled to hold today Thursday 7 April 2022 at Ajuji Hotel Gudi, Abuja at 9:00 pm,” the statement read in part.

The statement urged the party members to disregard the purported meeting,” Therefore, the state party is calling on the law-abiding members to desist from attending the meeting.
