Honourable Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim of the National Industrial Court, Abuja, has expressed gratitude to Almighty God for sparing their lives to witness the 2025 Christmas celebration, describing the season as a special period for Christians across the world.
Justice Subilim made the remarks during the Christmas festivities at his country home in Gwammadaji, Tafawa Balewa Local Government Area of Bauchi State, where he expressed happiness over the peaceful conduct of the celebration.
He noted that despite the economic challenges facing the country, the peaceful atmosphere recorded during the Christmas period was an indication that government policies were beginning to have a positive impact on the lives of the people.
The judge said he always felt fulfilled whenever he returned home to celebrate Christmas in the company of family members, friends, and acquaintances, stressing that the celebration felt incomplete if he did not spend the season with his people.
Justice Subilim also said he drew inspiration from the biblical story of Joseph, whom he described as a symbol of obedience to God’s commandments, and urged Christians to emulate such virtues in order to live godly and purposeful lives.
