Bauchi State Government has commended Albasar Foundation for its outstanding humanitarian services, particularly in the area of healthcare delivery.

The foundation, which operates the Makkah Eye Clinic in the state capital, has been providing free eye operations to hundreds of people across the state.

Governor Bala Mohammed, while receiving a delegation from the foundation, praised the organization’s efforts, saying, “Albasar Foundation has been a shining example of humanitarian service in our state.

Their dedication to providing quality healthcare to our people, especially the less privileged, is truly commendable.”

The Governor also announced that the state government has allocated a sufficient plot of land to the foundation to construct a permanent site, enabling it to expand its operations and reach more people.

Dr. Abdullahi Badamasi, Hospital Manager of Makkah Eye Clinic Bauchi, disclosed that 400 people across the state have been selected to benefit from free eye operations as part of their corporate social responsibility.

He appreciated the support of the state government and Almuhibbah Foundation, a charity organization founded by the First Lady of Bauchi State, Hajiya Aishatu Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad.

Hajiya Aishatu, who is also the founder of Almuhibbah Foundation, said, “We are proud to partner with Albasar Foundation in this noble endeavour.

Our organization is committed to supporting initiatives that improve the lives of our people, especially women and children.

We believe that healthcare is a fundamental right, and we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that our people have access to quality healthcare.”

The partnership between Albasar Foundation and Almuhibbah Foundation has been instrumental in providing healthcare services to thousands of people in Bauchi State.

The two organizations have been working together to identify and support vulnerable communities, providing them with medical care, education, and economic empowerment.

With the establishment of a permanent site, Albasar Foundation is expected to expand its services, creating more job opportunities for youth in the state and providing healthcare services to even more people.
