Bogoro LGA promise support for 2025 Hajj Exercise

The Chairman, Bogoro local government Council Surveyor Yakubu Lawi Sumi, has promised that his Council will give hundred percent support for the success of the 2025 Hajj Exercise. The Chairman, made the pledge when he received a team from Muslim Pilgrim Welfare Board on a sensitization visit to Bogoro. Surveyor Sumi, who was Represented by Head of Administration of the local government Alhaji Bala Garba, assured them that the Local Government will continue to work hand in hand with the Board in meeting the needs and aspirations of intending pilgrims of the area. According to him, the visit is timely to enable Religious and traditional leaders take the message down to the grassroots for early preparation ahead of the 2025 exercise. Responding the Chairman of the Board who is also the Chiroman Bauchi Alhaji Nuru Adamu Jumba, said they were in Bogoro to sensitize the intending pilgrims of the boards arrangement for the 2025 hajj exercise. The Chairman disclosed that 40 seats had been allocated to Bogoro local government by the Bauchi state Hajj Commission for 2025 He therefore appeals to Bogoro local Government council not to relent in it’s effort towards the successful operation of Hajj 2025. Alhaji Nuru Adamu, who commanded the local government for their outstanding performance in the previous exercise urged them to maintain the tempo.
