Bauchi State Assembly Passed One Hundred And Five Bills In Four Years

The Speaker Bauchi State House of Assembly Abubakar Y. Sulaiman says the assembly in the last four years has passed 105 Bills into law and 131 motions as well as 93 matters of urgent public importance.

He stated this during a Valedictory session of the 9th Bauchi state house of assembly which took place at the the assembly complex.

The speaker noted the good working relationship existing between the executive arm and the legislature resulting to the improvement of lives of the people.

He appreciated the principal Officers of the assembly for giving him the support in running the affairs of the assembly without any hitches.

In their separate speeches the Deputy speaker, Danlami Ahmad Kawule and Majority leader, Tijjani Mohammed Aliyu both called on the members-elect to work hard for effective service delivery to earn the confidence of their constituents.
