Bauchi State University Students Launched E-book

The students of Bauchi State University Gadau, Department of Computer Science have launched their first E-book software the first of its kind from northern Nigeria students.
While launching the E-book, the Vice Chancellor of Bauchi State University Gadau, Professor Fatima Tahir expressed joy at the student’s achievements on their first e-book, a digital platform designed exclusively for the students of the University.

She said the innovative mobile app, developed by the computer science pioneers will revolutionize the way students access educational resources in the university.

Prof Fatima Tahir said the software is a comprehensive solution that brings together the entire academic experience into one seamless interface.

Also speaking former Vice Chancellor of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, ATBU Bauchi professor Saminu Ibrahim who was a guest at the event, expressed delight at the students’ milestone, saying the software is the first launched by northern Nigeria students.

He acknowledged their effort and advised them to do better to take the Northern region to the highest levels of esteem.

On his part, the university Dean of Faculty of Science, Dr. Usman Waziri explained that the interface of the software is the provision of easy access to reading materials, E-learning video tutorials, voice recognition, and many more for effective learning for the students.

Dr. Waziri emphasized that the students of Bauchi State University Gadau are the pioneers in developing such kind of software in northern Nigeria.
