Thousands of well-wishers gathered to witness the wedding of Jibrin Hussaini Kundum of Albarka Radio and his Asiya Aliyu
The event took place at Cikare Mosque, along Nasarawa Jahun street Bauchi.
Imam Yakubu Muhammad led the wedding at exactly 4 o’clock , admonished the couple to be upright in their matrimonial life
Imam Yakubu maintained that the marriage is a sunnah of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, hence the need for Muslims faithfully to marry the virtuous among the womenfolk
The marriage witnessed the turnout of journalists within and outside the state, as well as persons with disabilities.
Among the dignitaries who attended the wedding are General Manager of Albarka Radio, Dauda Muhd Chiroma, Head of News and Current affairs, Muhd Ibrahim, Head of Programme, Nasiru Umar Madachi and that of administration.
