CBN Tasks Bauchi Wheat Farmers On Milling

Wheat farmers in Bauchi State have been urged to give more attention to flour milling harvesting in a move to to revamp the agricultural sector in the state.

The CBN Governor Mr Godwin Emefele, represented by Bauchi Branch Controller, Haladu Idris Angaza made this known at the official flagged up, of flour Milling input loan for 2021/2022 raining session, which was held at NUJ Secretariat Bauchi.

Angaza called on the flour Milling Farmers to always partner with experts in the agricultural sector in order to achieve the desired goals.

CBN Governor also said farming activities is the only way that Nigerians to be come self-reliance, considering the support of the Central Bank Of Nigeria were giving to the farmers across the country.

Earlier in his speech Commissioner of Agriculture Bauchi State,Barrister Jeduna Mbami said input loan of flour Milling, no doubt will bust Bauchi State Farmers to engage their self’s into agricultural sector.

He charged the beneficiaries to use the input loan judiciously and to pay the loan at the right time after harvesting of flour Mills.

During the flagging up, Emir of Bauchi Alh. Dr Rilwanu Sulaiman Adamu is represented by the District Head of Lame, Alh. Ali Yakubu Lame Sarkin Yakin Bauchi applied members of Flour Milling Association of Nigeria and other beneficiaries to fullfil its promised were conducted during the disbursement of input loans.
