Bauchi State Government says it remain committed towards addressing The manpower gap across the primary and secondary healthcare facilities in the state.
The Chairman Bauchi state hospitals Management Board, Dr Mohammed Sambo Alkali stated this when he visited Bauchi state specialist Hospital to inspect the services of Doctors drafted to the facility.
Dr. Sambo Alkali said said under the arrangements, Doctors on leave at various general hospitals can now render their services at some hospitals especially the state specialist Hospital to block the Man power needs at various hospitals.
Adding that the gesture is in line with Governor Bala Mohammed efforts to provide effective health care services to the people.
He commended the Doctors for their efforts and assured that Government would respect the agreement through prompt payment of their entitlement.
In his remark The chief Medical Director specialist Hospital Bauchi Dr Ya’u Hamid Gital appreciates Governor Bala Mohammed for the initiative and that it is assisting greatly in providing effective health care services to the people.
