Gov Bala Mohammed conferred with the traditional tittle of Turakin Ningi

Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi state has been conferred with the traditional title of Turakin Ningi by the emir of Ningi Alhaji Yunusa Muhammed Dan Yaya.

The Emir announced the tittle at the ground breaking ceremony of 11 kilometer dual carriage way in Ningi town.

Alhaji Yunusa Muhammed Danyaya noted the traditional tittle of Turaki as one of the respected tittles in the Emirate was conferrd on the Governor because of the numerous projects he brought to the Emirate.

The Emir who was appreciative of the projects brought to the Emirate said most of it has been their dream for years.

According to the Emir, Governor Bala Mohammed has become a son of the Emirate confirming a long time relationship between the Emirate and the tribe of the governor (Dugurawa).

Responding, Governor Bala Mohammed while accepting the tittle conferred on him by the Emir said he is humbled by the gesture affirming his loyalty and support to the Emirate council.
