In continuation of his administration commitment to ensure the protection of life and properties of citizens, the Bauchi state Governor Senator Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad has distributed twenty motorcycles to the members of Vigilante groups in Pali and Gwana district of Alkaleri local government.
The Governor said the gesture was to strengthen security operation and inclusiveness among various security agencies for the socio-economic development of the area.
Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad said his administration was committed to giving priority to security issues, considering the challenges lingering in the area, stressing that government will introduce more strategies to improve the sector.
He also commended the chairman of Alkaleri local government for his tireless effort towards bringing solutions to security challenges and urged him to redouble effort in that direction.
